“No, wait, he’s a Democrat right? I remember from last time he was the guy who was not just another election day Democrat.”

Guess the joke is on Moon.
With all of this talk of buses, we thought it was about time that our loyal readers were given a glimpse of the actual bus upon which the actual nonsense has been distributed from town to town. Not a pretty site, to be sure.
After three days of following this thing around it has finally occured to us where we’ve seen this particularly offensive shade of green before. Somewhere around Leesville it happened, so we shot this photo as John enjoyed an especially long lunch after having canceled his event in Many (Ed. Note: Pronounced Man-E).
So for all of you who have a similar inkling as to where John may have picked up this nonsensically ugly bus, we too wonder why he didn’t hold out for that antarctic blue jobbie with the CB and the optional rally fun pack.
We realize that this looks more like a group of people looking around for a lost contact lens but this is in fact John Kneely Knennedy’s rally today in Alexandria.
It starting to look like KFW is getting some competition when it comes to naming that John kNeely Knennedy bus tour. While we will always remain partial to Nonsense on a Bus for its clarity and, well, because we came up with it, a solid challenge has come from Town Talk columnist Robert Morgan with his entry “Another one Rides the Bus.”
As a standing rule, any homage to the musical genuis of Weird Al in the course of this campaign will earn that scribe a hat tip from KFW but what’s more, Mr. Morgan’s reference brings to mind Gerard Shield’s spot on comment of how, with Kennedy, the Washington Republicans had found themselves nothing more than “a body” to run for Senate.
So it looks like the GOP recipe for the Louisiana Senate campaign is just that simple: Take one body and stick him on a bus. It really is touching to see just how much the Washington Republican party cares about Louisiana!
So in thanks KFW has hereby named the Alexandria stop of the “Nonsense on a Bus” tour. The “Another One Rides the Bus” Tour and with that, here’s this:
