The Missing Link?

April 24th, 2008 Posted in Campaign 08, Louisiana, President, Republicans, Senate, State Treasurer

As most of us know by now, Governor Bobby Jindal, who just may be the Vice Presidential pick of John McCain, who considered being the Vice Presidential pick to John Kerry, got together today in Louisiana.

And yet missing from this equation was John kNeely Kennedy, Republican for Senate, who four years ago endorsed John Kerry, who John McCain considered running with, who Bobby Jindal may now run with.

It would seem that Kennedy, who two days ago attended a fundraiser hosted by President Bush (who he didn’t endorse four years ago) would have wanted to be seen with McCain (who almost ran with Kerry) and Jindal (who may run with McCain) so he could prove to everyone how much of a principled Republican he really is.

And yet Kennedy, as well as David Vitter (who Kennedy ran against four years ago) were not to be found. Odd.

Well, maybe not that odd when it comes to Vitter. But what’s Kennedy’s excuse?
